Spending Holiday Dead Week At LEGOLAND

What do you do for the deadest week of the year with your kids?  You know, that week after Christmas but before the new year?  Schools out, some offices are closed, and even if you’re working it’s super hard with your kiddos wanting to go out and do something. This year we spent one of our days at LEGOLAND California.  To be honest I was a little worried that it would be super crowded, but it really wasn’t that bad…

The entire park transforms into a beautiful holiday wonderland filled with holiday trimmings and decorations. They even welcome the jolly old man himself, LEGO SANTA!!! The Activities We started our journey from the front and enjoyed a few coasters, a few games, and of course made our way up to the playground. The walk ways were lined with Lego Christmas trees, and wreaths on…

New Products To Look Out For at Biggest Baby Shower

I had the pleasure of attending the annual Biggest Baby Shower in Los Angeles on March 7th presented by Huggies.   I know I’m not an expectant parent, but I have to say that I simply love coming to this event year after year.   Being introduced to new products for newly expectant parents, or seasoned expectant parents never ceases to amaze me. I love seeing the continual innovations in products, safety highlights and the aesthetics in the designs. AND not only…

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with music, laughter, and so much to do. It was like a carnival, that included food, dancing, tons of activities for the kids and of course the big kids inside us (wink wink). The Food What was really interesting…

Knott’s Spooky Farm 2015

Once those pumpkin flavored everythings start popping up, it means that it’s time for fall. Living in SoCal, that’s one of the few ways to know that seasons are a changing (since all we seem to be getting lately is sunshine). Another exciting thing that pops up is Knotts Spooky Farm! I was given the opportunity to enjoy a day with my family at this spook-tacular adventure. The Spooky farm is the kids version of the adult’s Knott’s Scary Farm….
