Why Kyo-Green Helped My Gut

I’d like to take a minute to be real about my greens.  I have to admit I don’t always have them every day (shocker I know).  It’s not to say I don’t like them, sometimes I’m simply out of them, and other times (which is super rare) I don’t have the stomach for them.  Sure, you can cook up some peas and asparagus with dinner, which is still better than no greens – so don’t get me wrong there.   But…
